精武少林拳術是由流行於河北滄洲一帶,不同門派的少林拳種所組成,為典型的北方少林拳術。本會主要教授精武少林拳中的「精武十套」。「精武十套」是精武體育會的入門套路,包括拳術、刀、槍、棍及對拆套路,爲初學者提供全面而基礎的武術訓練。
Chin Woo Shaolin Kung Fu originates from Cangzhou in Hebei Province. It is a combination of various kinds of Shaolin Kung Fu in Hebei Province, which is classic and typical Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. For beginner, we will teach you 10 routines to lay the foundation of kung fu skills, which includes fist to fist combat, kicks, wrestling and weaponry.
七星螳螂起源於明末山東,由王郎(王朗)所創立,以翻車螳螂打技法吸收當時另外十七門派拳術,總匯十八家法而成。手法特色快速、豐富多變,長短皆宜,身法講求靈活進退,配以白猿走閃步法,為一門內容豐富而技擊性強的拳術。當學員已掌握「精武十套」的基礎入門套路,便可以按技術程度學習七星螳螂拳。
Northern Praying Mantis (Seven Star Praying Mantis) was found by WONG Long (郎 means "gentleman", so 王郎 means "Mr. WONG". Chinese surname is in front of first name) in Shangdong Province in late Ming dynasty. A lengendary master who absorbed another 17 different styles of Chinese martial arts and combined them into his own technique - Praying Mantis. Northern Praying Mantis emphasizes speed and accuracy, with various techniques and moves which allows you to have a full understanding of traditional Chinese Martial Arts.
Kelvin NG sifu has been practising Chin Woo Shaolin Kung Fu, Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu for over 20 years. With growing experience and knowledge, he became one of the Kung Fu competition judges and coaches under HKUCMAAA. He is also the main coach in Chinese Martial Arts Club in Diocesan Boys' School, Hong Kong.
He is a student of Lam Wing Kit sifu(林永傑師傅), a renowned Master who has been promoting Chinese Martial Arts in Hong Kong for half a century, well-known of his vast understanding and deep interpretation of Chinese Martial Arts.
Our mission at Kelvin Chinese Martial Arts is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for students of all ages and backgrounds to learn and grow in the practise of Kung Fu. We believe that martial arts can be a transformative experience that builds strength, discipline, and confidence both on and off the mat.

All you need to know about Kung Fu: different stances, body balance, how to kick and punch, and basic defences.
Focus on complex forms of kung fu, the arts of self defence, applications and chi shou (黐手) which is similar to light sparring.
Training of some of the most sophisticated kung fu forms, learning about saber, staff, and spear.
